Khalid Al Zamil graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, United States, in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a regular keynote speaker at leadership and family-owned business conferences and forums. He attended many leadership and management courses at Harvard University in Massachusetts, United States, and IMD in Switzerland.
Abdallah Saleh Jum'ah is Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial), as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Investment Bank.
He began his professional career at Saudi Aramco in 1968 and was promoted steadily until he became President and CEO of Saudi Aramco in August 1995.
He has led the expansion process of the enormous oil and gas producing operation and continually upgraded the company until it achieved top ranking among globally-integrated oil and gas companies. Under his leadership, the company has also followed a strategy that continues to maintain its position as the world's number one supplier of energy. While serving as President of Saudi Aramco and until his retirement on December 31, 2008, Abdallah Jum'ah was a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco. He was recently appointed as Chairman of the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB). He also serves as a Director of the Saudi Arabian Supreme Council of Petroleum and Mineral Affairs.
He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University in Cairo since 1998, and has acted as Vice President of the International Advisory Board of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals since March 2007. He served on the Boards of various well-known companies, and has been a Board member of the US-Saudi Business Council and Saudi Petroleum International, Inc.
Abdallah Jum'ah was chosen as one of the most influential business figures in the world, and was appointed by the World Economic Forum as Commander of the Energy Community in January 2005, when he also won the petroleum sector award for Executive of the Year.
After studying political science at the American University in Cairo and Beirut, he completed the Management Development Program at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate by Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, Korea.

Adib Abdullah Al Zamil is the Chief Executive Officer of Zamil Group Holding Company. He served as Managing Director of Finance and Investments at Zamil Group Holding Company for a period of 18 years (2000–2018). He also serves on the Board of Directors as well as the Executive Committee of Zamil Group Holding Company. He has been the Managing Director of Zamil Industrial Investment Company from 1998 to 2004 and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial.
Additionally, Adib Al Zamil is a member of the Board of Directors of Jadwa Investments since 2007, holding the position of Chairman since 2013 to date. He obtained his degree in Business Administration from Portland State University, Oregon, USA in 1975.

Mohammed Ahmed Al Ghaith is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. (Zamil Industrial) and a member of the Audit Committee. He is a representative of the Public Pension Agency.
Engaged as senior management auditor at the Public Pension Agency (PPA) in Riyadh since 2005, Mohammed began his career in January 2001 in the contracts section of the purchasing department at the Water and Sewage Authority in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. He served in the research and studies department and as research analyst in the investments department at PPA in Riyadh. He also served as an associate in the “Accounting First” offices in Sydney, Australia.
Mohammed has completed training courses in internal auditing, management and leadership, work ethics, and stock investment skills, among others. A believer in continuing education, he has also attended numerous local and regional conferences, seminars and specialized workshops related to retirement systems and social insurance, finance and banking, international accounting standards, and the local economy.
Mohammed holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research from King Saud University in Riyadh, and has also earned a master’s degree in Financial Applications from the Western Sydney University, Australia.
Mohammad S. Al Harbi is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. (Zamil Industrial), Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
He started his distinguished career in March 1994 as projects manager at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. He was appointed president of the Saudi German Company for Nonwoven Products Co. in November 1998, and then served as CEO of Takween Advanced Industries Co. from October 2010 to September 2012.

Khalid is the Chairman and CEO of Mnafe3 Arabia Holding, a diverse holding company specializing in building and construction material, healthcare, and general investments.
Prior to this, he joined Midad Holding Company in 2006, bringing vast experience in metal works, manufacturing, and related technologies. Khalid earlier worked in ALUPCO for 17 years last of which was the general manager.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
Said Al Daajani joined Zamil Industrial in September 1998 as an Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director and the Corporate Secretary. He excelled and quickly rose through the ranks and was appointed as the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations in June 2006. In May 2007, Said was assigned as Corporate Secretary for Zamil Industrial Board, Committees, JVs, and subsidiaries.
Legal Affairs were added to his portfolio in December 2012, and he is currently the Director of Corporate Affairs in addition to his role as Corporate Secretary and sits on several Zamil Industrial subsidiaries and JV Boards.
Said graduated from King Saud University, Riyadh, with a BA in Administrative Sciences majoring in Political Science. He is also an alumni of INSEAD and London Business School (LBS), completing several executive management development programs. He holds an International Certification in Corporate Governance from INSEAD, and he is a Certified Investor Relations Officer from MEIRA.
Awadh Sharief was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. (Zamil Industrial) on 1st January 2015.
He joined Zamil Air Conditioners in 1988 as Chief Cost Accountant, and was promoted to Finance Manager in 1991. In 2011, he was further promoted to Vice President - Finance of Zamil Industrial Investment Co.
Awadh began his professional career with a diversified industrial sector (a group of 40 companies based in Sudan) as a Finance Manager of the Leather & Plastic Sector until 1983. He then joined Green Crescent Saudi Arabia in 1983 as Finance Manager and continued in that post until 1988.
Awadh earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Khartoum Polytechnic University in 1972. He is a finalist of ACCA UK (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK).
